Pure Blonde Beer Bottle cake

Tonight I completed my beer bottle cake as an entry for the Annual Julie Schalken bake off at RMIT. Here’s my chocolate Bailey’s beer barrel cake using Pure Blonde bottles made from sugar glass. Everything you see in this picture is edible (except the board of course).
