Alliance 2014
In November 2014, a team of us from RMIT presented our”An Agile Release Train in a Campus Solutions world” at Alliance Down Under, at the Royal Pines at the Gold Coast.
The presentation had a few key focus points:
- The adoption of Agile in RMIT
- Applying Agile techniques in a Campus Solutions ERP world
- How we’ve started tackling agile architecture (WIP!)
- A day in the life of a person on the team
- Overview of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
