PHP & mySQL AIML Chat Bot – Artificial Intelligence Markup Language

Download the code here:cyberbot A long time ago I created this little bit of intelligence, which at the time was pretty good. It’s based on AIML From wikipedia: The XML dialect called AIML was developed by Richard Wallace and a worldwide free software community between 1995 and 2002. AIML formed the basis for what was initially a highly extended Eliza called “A.L.I.C.E.” (“Artificial Linguistic Internet Computer Entity”), which won the annual Loebner Prize Competition in Artificial Intelligence[3] three times, and

Comparison of Trivia Night Software

Here’s a comparison of trivia night software I’ve come across when building my own. These are not a full comparison, but to help you make a decision about what you want in a trivia night software. The closest and best is probably tapAquiz, which I really like. It’s different to what I’ve created, but you probably want to check it out. The UI is nice, but a little inconsistent, and I found it rather difficult to use. Category My Trivia

Trivia Night Software

I’m working on a new trivia app which is a little different to those out there. It has the following basic features: It is all mobile friendly – while it works in your standard desktop browser, it will look and feel like a mobile app. It works well on iPhones, iPads and Android devices since the underlying technology is jQuery. It’s web based – no there’s no app yet in the App Store or Google play, however that might change.

The Christmas Express – hopes dashed by Monash Council

It is with regret and a tear in my eye that I’ll be closing this idea down. For now that is. I’ll be back in a few years with renewed energy and fight. My links have been taken down, but this was the dream:   Hello everyone, As a kid I always loved trains. There’s something about them that’s special. And with my passion for trains, I’d love to give that experience to other kids during the festive season and

Camping equipment – Coleman Instant NorthStar 10P review

I bought the Coleman Instand NorthStar 10P from ebay (thanks obacs!) as I wasn’t prepared to pay the absurd prices of Harvey Norman or others. At less than $575, which isn’t cheap, it was way better than $899. Check out my review on productreview.com.au Pros: Good quality build Sturdy even in strong winds Easy setup, literally in minutes. The pegs and fly sheet take longer, expect 20-30 minutes in total Take down is fast too – a few minutes once

Way finding – a little PHP+HTML example from way back

I wrote this little app many years ago and thought I should share it. It’ basically works by drawing a 10X10 map (in html) using old tables (gasp!). By setting a start and end coordinate you can find the most optimal path through the maze. Essentially this is how most path finding works. Newer ones that friends of mine wrote used hexagonal shapes for better accuracy. There’s also a blocked option – in this example I hard coded a few

KidzKanban.com

I made the kids a kanban for the fridge after seeing how useful it is personally in the corporate world. As such I’ve decided to share the love with the world for those who are interested. I have found the kids love visualising their tasks and know exactly what needs to be done and get a sense of satisfaction when they see all their tasks in the done column.

The Christmas Express – GoFundMe.com

Hello everyone,   [[UPDATE: Sadly the Monash City Council has rejected the application to run this, citing OH&S risks.]] This is my first attempt at crowd funding for an initiative that I hope will bring smiles to kids and provide financial relief to those who really need it during Christmas time. http://www.gofundme.com/thechristmasxpres or visit my site: http://thechristmasexpress.net
